と思ってたら店員さんが満面の笑みで
「コロッケですね」
って…
おま！私は恥ずかしながらも言い直されると思ったからわざわざ気を使って
ココロッケって言ってあげたというのになんだそれは！

もう少しこの仕事続けてみようと思った
・概要
ジョージアから、MAXコーヒーという飲み物が発売されています。
よく言われているのが、「何がMAXなの？」という質問。
それに対する回答は、「甘さがMAX」。
本当にその通りなんでしょうか。・必要経費
1万円くらい。・用意するもの
健康な肝臓。・必要人数
10人くらい。・書いた人
志
MAXコーヒー昔は千葉と茨城でしか販売されていなかったローカルな製品で、
一部の関東圏の人しか知らなかったマニアックな商品でしたが、
最近になって全国区で発売されるようになったらしく
各地の自販機で存在を確認することが出来るようになりました。そんな地域限定の飲み物であれば、全国各地に存在していて
それほど珍しくも無いものなのですが、このMAXコーヒーは
一部の人を魅了してやまない特徴があるのです。
それは、甘さ。MAXコーヒーは、甘味付けに練乳を使用しています。
それも、ただ使っているだけではなく、多量に配合されています。
原材料名を見ても、量が多い順に書いてあるはずなのに
コーヒーよりも先に練乳が書いてあるのです。
練乳 > 砂糖 >（越えられない壁）> コーヒー文字面だけでも如実に分かるこの甘さ。
伊達に警戒色っぽいパッケージはしてません。公式では特に、MAXの意味について言及していないようですが、
一般の間では、「甘さがMAX」で浸透しているようです。
その甘さを確かめて見ましょう。
まずは購入。
MAXコーヒー・ザ・ピラミッド
なんという存在感。1本あたり250gなので、全120本で30kgあります。
以前にコーヒーを多量に飲んだときはブラックコーヒーでしたし、
このMAXコーヒーならば成分的にもカフェインの心配はそれほどないでしょう。まずは1本目を飲んでみます。
甘い。これはコーヒーではなく甘い何か。
喉を通ったあとに、そういえばコーヒー的な感じが無くも無い、という感じです。
ゴクゴクと飲み干して2本目。
だだ甘い割には飲みやすいです。これは、そういうものなんだと認識した上で飲むと、さほど違和感もありません。
立て続けに4本目まで飲んで、手が止まりました。
・・・お腹がもたれる。カフェイン的な脅威はありませんが、甘さからくる重さが強いです。
飲み物というよりは、甘いお菓子を食べ過ぎたときの重さです。
しかし、よく考えてみると、甘さのせいというよりは
1kgも水分を摂取したせいかもしれません。
そんなに短時間に飲めるはずも無いので、時間を掛けながら飲むことにします。ここまでで、MAXコーヒーの甘さはかなりのものだと分かりました。
しかし、ポーションの時しかり、一定量を超えたところで
本当の姿が見えてくることもあります。
気を抜かずに摂取を続けます。5本目をチビチビと飲み、お昼を過ぎていたので食事を取ります。
食事の後、驚くほど簡単に6本目を飲めました。
やっぱり水分量ではなくて、甘さにやられていただけかもしれません。飲み始めて3時間半を過ぎ、7本目を飲み終わりましたが、
以前の時のようなコーヒーの飲みすぎから来る頭痛、虚脱感もありません。
しかし、甘さが強い分、ブラックコーヒーを飲むときよりも味に飽き易いです。8本目を飲み始めたところで、お腹が痛くなりました。
ブラックコーヒーの時にはキンキンに冷やしていましたが、
お腹は痛くなりませんでした。
MAXコーヒーは甘いまま、限界へと誘ってくれるみたいです。
甘く見ていたかもしれないと思いながらトイレへと駆け込みます。その後、甘いものを飲みすぎたせいで喉が渇くのですが、
求めているものが水ではなく、あの甘い液体だと気づき
もうMAXコーヒーから逃げられないのかもしれないと思いました。
・結果
MAXが本体でコーヒーはおまけ。
MAXコーヒーのMAXは「甘さがMAX」でまず間違いない。
コイツはそんなに甘くない。

税収が小さくなり、支出を抑えることができないのであれば、借金（国債発行収入）が増えるのは当然で、支出の規模から考えて、税収が国債発行収入を下回るのもさほど不思議なことではありません。
税収が国債発行収入を下回る、のであれば、今後、財政の悪化を心配する声が強まるでしょう。ただ、財政の悪化よりも財政支出の必要性を求める声が大きい以上、これは事の善悪ではなく、政治による選択と考えるべきです。
日本経済は、諸外国への輸出で成長率を高める構図のまま現在を迎えてしまいました。今後も財政を悪化させないで経済成長を続けたいのであれば、個人消費主導で成長率を高める構図に転換する必要があります。それができないのであれば、政府が借金を重ねながらも、財政支出を続けて経済水準を維持するしかないのは、ある意味、自然のことのように思えます。

2007 年の中国の１人当たり所得は日本の15 分の1 で、全体の経済規模も日本の65％であるにもかかわらず、2008 年の世界の財貨・サービスの輸出に占める中国のシェアは8.4％である。因みに日本4.5％、米国9.3%、ドイツ8.7%である（世界銀行とIMF のデータによる）。中国の１人当たり所得の低さを踏まえると増加余地はかなりあり、その過程で中国の世界における経済や貿易のプレゼンスがさらに大幅に拡大する可能性がある。
もしも、人民元の国際化がこのように進めば、アジア域内での使用通貨の構図が大きく変化する。これは「為替管理・資本規制が厳しく交換性のない人民元の国際化には限界がある」という前提が妥当しない状況である。それはアジアの通貨・金融協力のあり方にも大きな影響を及ぼしうる。アジア通貨危機後の延長線上で考えてきたアジア域内の通貨・金融協力の枠組みの見直しが迫られる時期は、遠い将来ではないかもしれない。
こうした問題に対する回答は、現段階では誰にもみえていないと思う。しかし、議論を始める時期に来ているのではなかろうか。

In a post on its company blog, Google said the operating system would initially be aimed at netbooks, the compact, low-cost computers that have turned the PC world on its head. It said the open-source software, called Chrome OS, would be available in the second half of next year.
Following last weekend’s deadly riots in its western region of Xinjiang, China’s central government has taken all the usual steps to block citizens from accessing foreign web services: aside from crippling Internet service in general, the authorities have blocked Twitter, removed unapproved references to the violence from search engines and has now apparently moved to bar its citizens from accessing Facebook from most parts of Mainland China just now. Two weeks ago, the government had already blocked just about every Google service, including communication tools like Gmail, Google Apps and Google Talk.

WASHINGTON – A record wave of job losses is being cited as a major factor in a record rate of consumer delinquencies in the first quarter of 2009, according to the American Bankers Association’s Consumer Credit Delinquency Bulletin. More than two million Americans lost their jobs in the first three months of the year with more than 6 million jobs lost since the recession began. The composite ratio, which tracks delinquencies in eight closed-end installment loan categories, rose to 3.23 percent of all accounts (seasonally adjusted) compared to 3.22 percent of all accounts in the previous quarter. The delinquent balances on those accounts also rose from 3.16 percent to 3.35 percent of total balances due (not seasonally adjusted). The ABA report defines a delinquency as a late payment that is 30 days or more overdue.

China’s heavy-handed reaction to Sunday’s protest will only reinforce these views. Uighur sources within East Turkestan say that 400 Uighurs in Urumqi have died as a result of police shootings and beatings. There is no accurate figure for the number of injured. A curfew has been imposed, telephone lines are down and the city remains tense. Uighurs have contacted me to report that the Chinese authorities are in the process of conducting a house-to-house search of Uighur homes and are arresting male Uighurs. They say that Uighurs are afraid to walk the streets in the capital of their homeland.
The unrest is spreading. The cities of Kashgar, Yarkand, Aksu, Khotan and Karamay may have also seen unrest, though it’s hard to tell, given China’s state-run propanganda. Kashgar has been the worst effected of these cities and unconfirmed reports state that over 100 Uighurs have been killed there. Troops have entered Kashgar, and sources in the city say that two Chinese soldiers have been posted to each Uighur house.

LDP rule has long been characterized by a sharp division between cabinet and ruling party, with the LDP’s formal and informal policy-making organs having an established role in the policy-making process that enable LDP politicians outside government to wield a veto over the sitting government’s agenda. At the same time, the bureaucracy has had an outsized role in policy making and as a whole wields political power unmatched among developed democracies. It has been a full-fledged player in a “triangular” struggle for power with the LDP and the cabinet.
The result of this ongoing struggle has been paralysis, particularly after the bursting of the economic “bubble” in the early 1990s, as politicians and bureaucrats struggled to defend their prerogatives and budget shares while various prime ministers attempted to use a newly empowered cabinet office to undermine both LDP and bureaucracy and impose a vision for governing. The Koizumi government was at once a high water mark for this struggle and for the strength of the prime minister and the cabinet in the conflict; the three years since Mr. Koizumi left office have witnessed a steady decline in the ability of the prime minister to corral party members and bureaucrats. Rather than building a Westminster system, Mr. Koizumi strengthened the position of the cabinet within the tripartite governing system without fundamentally transforming the system.

If the DPJ can implement its plans for administrative reform—and it’s a big if—it could succeed in regime change. It will have created a “normal” parliamentary system, having transformed Japanese governance from what political scientist Jun Iio has called the LDP’s “purposeless” government to a government that can set clear policy goals and be judged by its success in achieving those goals. But regime change will have little meaning for the Japanese people until the government uses its new authority to fix economic and social problems. And that will ultimately depend on the ability of the leaders of the DPJ to make hard decisions about how to fix the budget while putting society and economy on sounder footing, decisions that the LDP has been unable to make. If the new government fails to deliver despite administrative reform, it will have no excuses for inaction-and will risk falling from power.

PayPal is set to open up its platform to third party developers in a move the firm says will make it easier for them to make money from their ideas.
The new application programming interface (API), called Adaptive Payments, will give developers more flexibility in building apps that move money between PayPal accounts.
The API allows straight payments from customers to the PayPal accounts of receivers such as owners of Web sites or widgets on social networking sites.
It also means developers can build applications for “parallel payments”, enabling a sender to make a payment to multiple receivers.

Hwang Cheol-jeung, a senior official at the government’s Korea Communications Commission, said the attacks were launched by zombie computers infected by a well-known “distributed denial of service,” or DDoS, hackers’ program. About 18,000 computers are believed infected in South Korea.
“The infected computers are still attacking and their number is not decreasing,” Mr. Hwang told reporters in a briefing. The government was urging users to upgrade their computers’ antivirus software to fight the virus.
A widespread computer attack has hit several US government agencies while some South Korean government websites also appear to be affected.

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkey’s Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday his country will ask the U.N. Security Council to discuss ways of ending ethnic violence in China’s northwestern region of Xinjiang.
Predominantly Muslim Turkey has a non-permanent seat at the Security Council. At least 156 people have been killed in clashes between Uighurs and Han Chinese in the capital of Xinjiang. Uighurs are a Turkic people who share linguistic and cultural bonds with central Asia.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A widespread computer attack that began July 4 knocked out the Web sites of the Treasury Department, the Secret Service and other U.S. agencies, and South Korean government sites also came under assault.
South Korean intelligence officials believe the attacks were carried out by North Korean or pro-Pyongyang forces. U.S. officials so far have refused to publicly discuss details of the attack or where it might have originated.
