メモリ搭載量に関しても、一アプリでメモリを使い切るような使い方(長時間HDビデオ編集とか？)を想定しないのであれば、最も安いモデルで十分な気がしました。

以前、FreeBSDのサーバーでsquidのキャッシュ領域にMFSを実装させようと思ったときに、ボトルネックとしてのI/Oは嫌というほど実感したのだけど、主記憶媒体がSSD化すれば、過剰な物理メモリを搭載しなくてもSSDそれ自体がMFSみたいな動きをしてしまう時代が来てしまったのか。
